Comprising of a total of 450 apartments, spread throughout 16 different buildings and 3 different precincts, Toorak Park resembles its own community and includes a number of outdoor gardens and common areas.
With a huge footprint in Melbourne’s Armadale and a large quantity of joinery to install per apartment, DC DESIGN was able to meet the builder's program with ease by having up to 25 installers on site at a time.
A variety of finishes were used throughout the East, Park & North Precincts, including Ravine Finish Laminate and 2-Pack Polyurethane in Gloss & Satin Finishes.
